Interaction between Culture, Education and Development of Science and Technology

Science and technology culture is a new and relative independent system of social subculture, having features of universality, foundation and active creativity,it has been infiltrating everywhere the productions and lives of human beings through three levels of materials,systems and views. This article analyses interaction between culture, science and technology education and development of science and technology and points out, in our times when we are devoting major efforts to developing productive forces of science and technology,we must also pay much attention to building the culture of science and technology.
