| 摘 要： | 政府信息公开对于知情权保障有重要宪政价值.我国政府信息公开的现状与特点表明我国尚未建立起真正意义上的政府信息公开制度.立法模式的选择是政府信息公开制度构建的一个基础,在政府信息公开法制化进程中,同时也需要相关具体制度的配套协调.

| Abstract: | The government information publicity system is of great constitutional value to the protection of the right to know. The current state of our government information publicity system and its characteristics show that we have not set up a government information system in its proper sense yet. What is fundamental to construct such a framework is to select a legislative pattern. In the course of legalizing the government information publicity, it is also necessary to establish specific systems concerned. |
