摘    要:我国传统教师职前实践学习存在明显的困境,即师范生平时缺乏与中小学生的经常性联系,缺少对学校教育教学活动的深度了解和思考。基于此,我们必须改变传统实践教学的附属角色定位。从学科教学知识(PCK)的视角出发探讨,我们应该改变“先理论后实践”的职前教育课程体系,以实践学习为核心,努力寻求它与学科专业课程及教育专业课程之间的沟通,同时加强指导教师对师范生的临床指导,以落实实践学习理念。

Abstract:In this paper, the dilemma and source of the traditional preservice practicum of teacher education in China are to be explored from the displinary perspective.It is suggested in the paper that corresponding reform of preservice practicum should be carried out on the basis of PCK through which the practical orientation is expected to be implemented.In this way, more practice learning opportunities are to be given for normal school students and the quality of on-spot guidance from teachers are to be improved.
