摘    要:美国当代教育心理学家奥苏贝尔所倡导的"学与教"理论的精华是:"有意义接受学习"论、逐渐分化和整合协调的教学原则及先行组织的教学策略与动机理论;奥苏贝尔教学理论也有局限性和不足之处。阐明该理论在教学改革中的现实意义。

Abstract:Meaningful Learning-student learning directed by teachers with the most economical, convenient and effective way-was advocated by American educational psychologist D. P. Ausubel. His theories on "learning and teaching" are very important for help our teaching reforms. However, there are some weaknesses in his theories. This article discusses the essential parts of his "learning and teaching": "meaningful learning" theory, the principle of progressive differentiation, the principle of integrative reconciliation, the teaching strategies for advance organizer, and motivation theory.
