论教育平等的制度基础

本文认为教育的不平等，主要源于社会制度原因和社会结构性原因。提出教育中最不平等的是使教育成为一群人控制另一群人的手段。要实现教育平等，必须先消除阻碍教育平等实现的制度根源，确立教育平等的制度基础——共产主义社会制度和终身化的教育制度，以平等的制度来保障教育平等的实现。

An Exploration on Institutional Foundation of Education Equality

This article holds the view that the inequality in education lies mainly in the social system and.social structure and at the same time it points out that the most unequal of all occurrs when the education becomes the means of control of one group of people by another group of people. All the system roots which hinder the realization of education equality should be abolished and the institutional foundation which ensures education equality(including communist social system and life - long learning system)should be established. In this way,the practice of equality education will be guaranteed by equal system.
