| 摘 要： | 通过对国外证券公司融资渠道的分析,结合我国证券业的现状及发展趋势,探讨符合中国国情的证券公司融资渠道创新模式,为改变我国证券公司普遍规模小、业务单一、管理落后的现状,提高证券公司抗风险能力,提出相应的政策性建议。
