正义：通向德福统一的基本路径

正义是通向德福统一的基本路径,因为正义的基本含义就是"应尽"(道德义务)和"应得"(现实幸福)的统一.然而实现德福统一的两种传统的正义思路,即赏善罚恶的神的正义和环环相报的习俗正义,在现代社会已经基本失效.因此我们应该建立起以伦理正义与法理正义为核心内容和基本形式的现代理性正义,作为通向德福统一的基本路径.

Justice is the basic approach to the unification of morality and happiness,for the basic meaning of justice is the unification of "what should be done"(moral obligations) and "what to be deserved "(Happiness).But the two traditional solutions to such unification,that is,the God's justice that rewards the good and punishes the wicked,and the custom justice that retaliate each other,have already basically lost efficiency in the modern society.Therefore,we should set up modern rational justice,which takes ethical justice and legal justice as the key content and basic form,and regards it as the basic route to the unification of morality and happiness.
