| 摘 要： | 小鼠经Ehrlich腹水癌细胞感染后,随着瘤龄增长,胸腺组织逐渐萎缩,胸腺淋巴细胞与骨髓细胞有丝分裂指数降低,机体免疫力减弱,癌细胞有丝分裂指数持续增高,荷瘤小鼠注射胸腺素后,其骨髓细胞和胸腺淋巴细胞有丝分裂指数,在不同瘤龄期均有明显提高,而瘤细胞有丝分裂指数下降,说明外源性胸腺素能延缓胸腺萎缩,促进造血功能,提高机体免疫力,从而对肿瘤细胞的增长具有间接的抑制作用.

| Abstract: | The effect of thymosin treatment on the mitosis index (MI) of Ehrlich ascites carinoma (EA C) ;thymocytes and bone cells from mice bearing EAC was studied. The results showed, that the MI of EAC in treatment with thymosics in vivo is less than any other check form. But MI of thymocytes and bone cells from mice bearing EAC in treatment with thymosis is much faster than any other check form. The results suggested that thymosin had multipication effect on the immunocyte tumor-bearing mice, that, thymosin may indret inhibit growth of tumor. |
