| 摘 要： | 本文讨论了用韦氏法测得脂肪酸的碘值与其折射率的线性关系。用最小二乘法处理所得的实验数据证明在一定条件下它们之间存在着良好的线性关系。从而,我们可以通过测定脂肪酸的折射率来代替韦氏法得到脂肪酸的碘值。

| Abstract: | This paper discussed the linear relation between index of refraction of fatty acids and their iodine values through Wijs method by using least square method. For their good linear relation, we can get iodine values of fatty acids from their index of refraction instead of Wijs method. |
