摘    要:研究了不同背景对环己烯催化氧化产物高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定的影响,结果表明,对于实际反应体系直接应用水背景、模拟反应液背景和实际反应液背景,无法获得准确的己二酸测定结果.对实际反应液进行活性炭脱色处理,获得了最好的结果.以脱色后的反应液为背景对己二酸进行HPLC测定,可以在0.4~4 g/L范围内获得大于97%的回收率.该方法为环己烯催化氧化制取二元羧酸体系的研究提供了快速、准确的分析方法.

Abstract:The influence of different backgrounds on HPLC analysis of reactive products made from cyclohexene catalytic oxidation is studied. For a real reaction solution accurate quantification of adipic acid is impossible when pure water, simulating reaction solution and real reaction solution are directly used as backgrounds. However, after decolored by active carbon, adipic acid in real reaction solution can be determined with the best-of-all result. When decolored solution is used as background, the recovery ratio of HPLC analysis of adipic acid in real reaction solution is better than 97% with the 0. 4 - 4. 0 g/L concentration limits. This new method can also be used for fast analysis of dibasic carboxylic acid in cyclohexene catalytic oxidation.
