| 摘 要： | 报导了多媒体软件动态模拟X射线物相分析的全过程．该多媒体软件在奔腾系列个人计算机上选用Windows98为开发和运行环境，Visual Basic 6.0为主开发工具．详细介绍了多晶X射线衍射仪的工作条件设定，衍射仪的工作原理，衍射数据采集和衍射图谱绘制，物象分析的模拟过程以及软件的设计思想、主要功能、技术关键和使用方法，并给出了实例．

| Abstract: | This multimedia software can simulate the whole process of phase analysis by X-ray diffraction.The software is developed and run in Windows 98. The main developmental tool is Visual Basic 6.0.The presetting of operation condition of polycrystal X-ray diffraction instrument, the collecting of diffraction data, the drawing of diffraction pattern and phase analysis are recounted. The design idea, main function, key technique, operation method and an example of the software are also introduced. |
