摘    要:材料内部的损伤会引起材料动态性能的变化,通过传感器记录材料内部的振动信号,结合频谱分析和小波分析技术可以辨识材料内部有无损伤、损伤的程度以及类型.依据这种原理,结合复合材料飞轮电池的工作条件,提出了一种在线检测飞轮电池转子损伤的方法,并通过对大量试样的测试,建立了一个识别飞轮损伤的数据库.

Abstract:Damage under the material can induce various changes of structure's dynamic performance. With wavelet and spectrum analysis of vibration signal recorded, the information (existence, degree and category) of damage can be obtained. A new way of real-time damage detection for composite flywheels is raised according to the flywheel battery's working situation. After a series tests of sample material, a database for damage recognition of composite flywheel is built up.
