柱高对锰氧化物/沸石吸附中性红的影响

摘    要:研究了吸附柱高度对锰氧化物/沸石(MOCZ)吸附中性红(NR)的动态影响.结果表明,MOCZ吸附NR的平衡吸附量随着柱高的增加而增加.对不同柱高条件下的实验结果分别用Thomas,Yoon—Nelson和Adams—Bohart动态吸附模型进行线性和非线性拟合,结果说明穿透曲线初始阶段很好地符合Adams—Bohart动态吸附模型,Thom—as和Yoon—Nelson模型的预测点和实验点的变化趋势相同.误差分析说明线性和非线性方法均可用于预测流出曲线,且非线性方法的误差较小,优于线性分析.最后用BDST模型对实验数据进行了分析.

Abstract:The effect of bed depth on adsorption ability of manganese oxide coated zeolite (MOCZ) to remove neutral red (NR) from aqueous solution in the fixed bed column is studied. The results indicate that the equilibrium uptake of NR onto MOCZ increases with the bed depth increasing. The experimental data obtained at different bed depth are fitted to the dynamic model of Thomas, Yoon-Nelson and Adams-Bohart using the linear and nonlinear regres-sion analysis, respectively. The Adams-Bohart model fits well with the experimental data in the initial region of the breakthrough curve. The experimental points and the predicted points using the Thomas model and Yoon-Nelson model follow the same trend. The error analyses are also performed. The results indicate that both the linear and nonlinear analyses are suitable to predict the breakthrough curves, but the nonlinear analysis is better with smaller error values. The bed depth service time (BDST) model is also used to analyze the experimental data.
