摘    要:介绍了基于Internet的远程过程控制实验系统的总体结构,简单描述系统中采用的PCT-II过程控制实验平台的硬件结构.然后详细介绍了远程实验代理服务器和远程实验用户工作站两部分的软件设计.远程实验代理服务器利用Labwindows/CVI软件设计,实现水箱液位的PID控制;远程实验用户工作站利用Eclipse/Java设计,实现远程过程控制实验.测试结果表明,该系统能够很好地满足远程过程控制实验要求.

Abstract:The structure of remote process control experimental system based on Internet is introduced and the hardware of PCT-II process control experimental device which is presented as object is presented briefly. The design of the remote experiment proxy server and remote experiment user workstation are described in detail. The remote experiment proxy server is developed with the Lab-Windows/CVI, and a liquid level experiment control with PID algorithm is devised. The remote experiment user workstation is designed with the Eclipse/Java, by which, the operator can teleop-erate the PCT-II process control experimental device to perform process control experiment. The experimental result shows the remote monitoring and control system based on Internet meet the basic requirements of remote monitor control.
