摘    要:对毛茛科银莲花属植物草玉梅(Anemone rivularis)根茎的乙醇(乙醇)=95%]提取物采用四甲基偶氮唑盐比色(MTT)法进行抗肿瘤活性测试.活性筛选结果表明:草玉梅乙醇(乙醇)=95%]提取物的石油醚萃取物(Ⅰ)、乙酸乙酯萃取物(Ⅱ)和正丁醇萃取物(Ⅲ)对人肝癌细胞株(QGY-7703)、人结肠癌细胞(COLO-205)和人肺癌细胞(A549)具有不同的抑制作用.经反复纯化制备化合物,从乙酸乙酯萃取物中分离出4个化合物,根据化合物的理化性质分析、波谱解析、对照品比较以及与文献报道对比,鉴定出化合物的化学结构分别为4-羟基苯甲酸(1)、3-羟基-4-甲氧基苯甲酸(2)、香豆酸(3)和咖啡酸(4).化合物1─4为从该属植物中首次分离得到.

Abstract:To investigate the anti-tumor activity of fruits of Anemone rivularis.Four compounds were isolated from the EtOAc extract by chromatography and identified by spectral data.The antitumor activity of extracts of Anemone rivularis was evaluated by MTT.The compounds obtained were identified as 4-hydroxy-benzoic acid(1),3-hydroxy-4-methoxy-benzoic acid(2),coumaric acid(3),caffeic acid(4).Compounds 1-4 were isolated from this genus for the first time.The anti-tumor results demonstrate that petroleum ether,EtOAc a...
