| 摘 要： | 对垂直单向流洁净室内的速度场进行数值模拟,计算出洁净室工作区的乱流度指标.通过分析洁净室的室宽、室高与洁净室速度场均匀性之间的关系,得出结论:洁净室的宽度尺寸是影响速度场均匀性的主要因素,当室宽小于6.0 m、室高为2.7~4.2 m时,洁净室内速度分布均匀.

| Abstract: | The velocity feild of the vertical unidirectional flow in a cleanroom is simulated.The undistributed degree of velocity in work area of the cleanroom is computed.By analyzing the relationship between the velocity and the cleanroom's height and width,some solutions are obtained: the main factor which effects the velocity uniformity is the cleanroom's width.It is found that when the cleanroom's width is less than 6.0 m and the height is from 2.7 m to 4.2 m,the velocity distribution in the clearoom is uniform. |
