| 摘 要： | 摘要：采用免疫组化ABC法检测12例肺癌组织、11例癌旁组织及3例正常肺组织中cyclin B1、CDK1蛋白的表达情况，以探讨细胞周期蛋白eyelin B1及细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶CDK1在不同肺癌组织中的异常表达及其临床意义。结果显示cyclin B1在正常肺组织、癌旁组织、癌组织中阳性率分别为0％、9．1％和50．0％，CDK1的阳性率则为0％、18.2％和75.0％，cyclin B1、CDK1在小细胞肺癌和鳞癌中存在广泛的过表达，而在大细胞肺癌中没有表达，并且在不同肿瘤亚型中表达也有差异性．

| Abstract: | To investigate the clinical significance of cyclin B1 and CDK1 overexpression in lung carcinoma,the expression of cyclin B1 and CDK1 in human lung carcinoma were examined by immunohistochemistry (ABC) method in 3 cases of normal lung tissues, 11 cases of cancer-surrounding tissues and 12 cases of previously untreated lung carcinomas. The positive rate of cyclin B1 in normal lung tissue,cancer-surrounding tissue and cancer tissue are 0%, 9.1% and 50.0% respectively. The positive rate of CDK1 is 0%,18.2% and 75.0% respectively. This study shows that the expression levels of cyclin B1 and CDK1 in lung cancer are higher than normal tissue, and the level is different in different kinds of lung carcinomas. |
