中华鳖多糖对坐骨神经电生理学特征的影响

摘    要:用常规电生理技术研究了老年小鼠坐骨神经传导速度、动作电位幅度、时程和绝对不应期的变化。结果表明,老年小鼠较成年小鼠坐骨神经传导速度减慢,动作电位幅度降低,绝对不应期延长,但动作电位时程无明显变化.用TSP给老年小鼠灌胃(1.0g/kg或2.5g/kg.2ld,po)或浸泡(5mg/ml或50mg/ml,30min)成年小鼠坐骨神经,可分别提高老年和成年小鼠坐骨神经传导速度、动作电位幅度,缩短绝对不应期,使老年小鼠坐骨神经的这三项电生理学指标达成年对照小鼠的水平.用 TSP(5mg/ml或50mg/ml,30min)浸泡蟾蜍坐骨神经,对电生理学特征也有类似的影响.

Abstract:The changes of conduction velocity, amplitude, duration and absolute refractory period of the action potential were studied in the sciatic nerves of the aged mice. The experiment re-sults indicated that conduction velocity of the sciatic nerves was slower, amplitude of action potential was lower and absolute refractory period of the sciatic nerves was longer in the aged animal than that in the adult. TSP, an extract of Trionyx sinesis polysaccharides, was given (po)at a dosage lg/kg, 2.5g/kg daily respectively in 21 days. The sciatic nerves was soaked in K-H's solution at a dosage 5mg/ml, 50mg/ml for 30min. The conduction velocities, am-plitudes of the action potential in the aged mice could be raise to the level of the adult mice.The action potential absolute refractory period of the sciatic nerves was shorter in the aged mice than that in VS (volumetric solution)aged control group. When the sciatic nerves of toad was dipped in 5mg/ml or 50mg/ml TSP solution, its conduction velocity and amplitude of the action potential were increased. To the changes of conduction velocity, amplitude, and absolute refractory period of the action potential lead by TSP were significantly different in sciatic nerves of in mice and toads.
