摘    要:虫草无性型鉴定是困扰学术界的一个难题.本文检索了互联网上报道的虫草及可能的无性型序列,应用相关软件构建进化树,研究了它们的同源性.从总体上看,核糖体DNA ITS区序列研究与传统经典分类学相互印证进行虫草无性型鉴定是完全可行和必要的.

Abstract:The configuration of anamorph of Cordyceps has the academic and practical importance. Phylogenetic Relationship among the genus Cordyceps and its probable anamorph were examined by using ITS region sequences of nrDNA. The data consisted of 25 sequences for 11 taxa were aligned by Clustal X, a free multiple sequence alignment software, analyzed by neighbor-joining (NJ) tree, and valued by Bootstraping method. The homology results indicated that the sequence difference within ITS region could provide an additional characteristic for identification to anamorph of the genus Cordyceps.
