| 摘 要： | 根据苄胺类抗真菌化合物的构效关系、作用机理，设计合成了5个布替萘芬类似物，N-(2-氯-5-吡啶甲基)-N-甲基．1-萘甲胺，N，N-二(4-叔丁基苄基)-1-萘甲胺，N-(4-叔丁基苄基)-N-(2．氯-5-吡啶甲基)-1-萘甲胺，N，N-二苄基4叔丁基苯甲胺，N．(2-氯-5-吡啶甲基)-N-苄基4叔丁基苯甲胺．扩展了该类药物的研究范围．

| Abstract: | Five Butenafine's analogues were designed and synthesized according to the structure-activity relationship and operating mechanism of benzylamine antimycotics. They are named as N-(2-chloro-5-pyridinmethyl)-N-methyl-1-naphthlenemethanamine, N,N-di(4-butylbenzyl)-1-naphthlenemethanamine, N-(4-butylbenzyl)-N-(2-chloro-5-pyridinmethyl)-1-naphthlenemethanamine, N,N-dibenzyl-4-butylbenzylamine, N-(2-chloro-5-pyridinmethyl)-N-benzyl-4-butylbenzylamine. The research scope of this class of antifungal compounds is expanded. |
