摘    要:对不同发育时期家兔Peyer's Patches圆顶的显微和亚显微结构系统观察表明,圆顶上皮内的微褶细胞来源于中胚层,而不是由未分化的肠上皮细胞分化而来,可能同巨噬细胞是同一组细胞系来源。

Abstract:The dome of Peyer's patch of the rabbit begins to appear by the secondary day after birth. The epithelial cells of two day's dome are all columnar cells, there are some lymphoeytes and light stained cells with large nucleus in the mesenchyme of the dome. On the fifth day, the dome is fully developed,only a few M cells and lymphocytes exist in the dome epithelium, the dome epithelium near the crypt are still columnar cells, in the mesenchyme of the dome, there are many lymphocytes and light stained cells with large nucleus. Electron micrograph reveals that the M ceils have some microfoldes, many ribosomes, mitochordia and pinosome. The light stained cells with large nucleus are very similar to M cells, the only difference between them is lack of microfold and pinosome so that we considered that the light stained cells are pre-mature M cells. After fifteen days and a month, due to the number of M cells in the dome epithelium increases greatly, and it is acompanied with the increases of lymphocytes. There are much more pre-mature M cells and Lymphocytes in the mesenchyme of the dome than those in the early day. In conclusion, Our experiments provide the evidence that M cells are derived from the mesoderm, not from the intestinal epithelium, and it may be considered that they are derived from the same cell line as the macrophage.
