摘    要:对活性炭纤维(activated carbon fiber, ACF)进行了热氧化改性处理,并将经过改性处理的ACF用作软填料,考察了其在接触氧化法中对模拟酱油废水的处理效果。实验过程中,对填料表面的生物相进行了镜检分析,并利用扫描电镜(SEM)对挂膜成功后的填料表面进行了观察分析,对酱油废水中CODcr、BOD5、NH3-N、TN、TP的去除效果进行了连续监测分析。结果表明:ACF填料有较好的生物相容性,表面生物相长势良好;在DO 2~4mg/L、HRT 4~8h的条件下,CODcr、BOD5、NH3-N、TN、TP的平均去除率分别在60%、95%、70%、20%、30%以上。

Abstract:Activated carbon fiber was modified by heat oxidation and the sauce wastewater treatment effect by modified ACF soft bio-meida in bio-contact oxidation process was researched.During the experiment,microscopic examination was conducted to an-alyze the microbial morphology on the fiber surface,SEM was used to analyze the meidia surface after bio-film culturing finished and the removal efficicency of COD_(cr),BOD_5,NH_3-N,TN,TP from sauce wastewater was continuously monitored and ana-lyzed.The results showed that:ACF bio-media has a preferable biological compatibility,the surface microbial morphology was in a good state and the average removal efficiency of COD_(cr),BOD_5,NH_3-N,TN,TP was above 60%,95%,70%,20%,30% respectively under the condition that the DO was between 2~4 mg/L and the HRT was between 4~8 h.
