| 摘 要： | 用苏芸金菌不同变种,菌株的交叉拮抗延缓试验法证明,苏芸金菌不经紫外线诱导,在血清型H_1—H_(14)的17个变种中,都有苏芸金素产生,但产生的时间、高峰期和活性的强弱,因变种不同而异。并观察到苏芸金菌中部分变种产生的苏芸金素能抑制自身菌株,但大部分变种对自身产生的苏芸金素有免疫性,并能从自抑菌中分离出非自抑菌株,即自身免疫菌株。某些变种的抑菌圈,出现双圈、多圈等现象表明,苏芸金菌产生的活性物质可能有多种。试验还表明,苏芸金素对种外多种菌有抑菌活性,特别是对革兰氏染色阳性菌。

| Abstract: | In this paper,it is demonstrated that without u.v.irradiation,17serotype strains are all thuricin producers,although various in the timeof the production and the activities.The self immunity and self inhibi-tion phenomenon of thuricins have been found and investigated and theself immunity colonies can be isolated from the self inhibition strains.More than one inhibitory circles from some producers and some heat resis-tance compositions of inhibitory substances are found and discussed.Thuricin can play an inhibitory role on a lot of other bacteria,especial-ly on gram-positive ones. |
