摘    要:研究了用大孔强酸性阳离子交换树脂萃取柴油中碱性含氮化合物的方法,包括树脂的筛选,树脂柱层的高径比(H/D)、流速对碱氮脱除率的影响;洗脱剂选择,洗脱剂配比、流速对洗脱效率的影响.确定了适宜的柱上萃取、洗脱及树脂再生的条件.实验表明,本法具有树脂吸附容量大,柴油中碱氮脱除率和回收率高(96%以上),树脂再生效果好,操作简便等特点.

Abstract:Removal of basic nitrogen compounds from diesel fuel by macroporous strong acid cation exchange resin was invstigated. The macroporous resin D001-cc was chosen as the adsorbent. The effects of resin height in the column (or H/D,i.e. ratio of resin column to its diameter), flow rate of the diesel fuel samples on adsorption, and the effects of composition, flow rate of the eluant on desorption were studied. The suitable methods were also established about extraction, elution and regeneration in the resin column. The results show that the diesel fuel recovery and its basic nitrogen (Nb) removal can be more than 96%, and the resin can be reused through solvent regeneration.
