摘    要:借助于透射电镜和扫描电镜技术,研究了聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(PDMDAAC)系列絮凝剂的结构形貌,探讨了絮凝剂的结构形貌与特性黏度、阳离子度之间的关系,以不同的PDMDAAC系列絮凝剂间结构形貌的区别。结果表明:在水溶液中,随着特性黏度的增大,PDMDAAC颗粒变大且相互粘连;P(DMDAAC-AM)逐渐接近PAM的形态;VTMS的引入使絮凝剂颗粒变大。随着特性黏度的增加,絮凝剂的固体表现形貌由松散变得紧密。

Abstract:By transmission electron microscope(TEM)and scanning electron microscope(SEM),the structure and morphology of PDMDAAC flocculant series was studied.The influences of intrinsic viscosity and cationicity on the structure and morphology of flocculants were discussed and the differences in structure and morphology between the kinds of flocculants were investigated.In solutions,it is found that,with the intrinsic viscosity increasing,the granules of PDMDAAC get larger and conglutinating,the morphology of P(DMDAAC-AM)is approaching to that of PAM and the introduction of VTMS makes the granules of flocculants larger.From scanning the surface of the flocculants,it is observed that the solid flocculants get more compact with the increase of its intrinsic viscosity.
