阻燃剂用氢氧化镁超细粉体的水热制备

摘    要:用水热处理制备出结晶性良好的六方片状Mg(OH)2.考察了NaOH浓度、温度和水热时间对产物形貌与粒度的影响,对NaOH水热体系中Mg(OH)2的晶体生长过程进行了初步分析.用TEM、SEM、XRD等方法对粒子的形貌、化学组成和晶型等作了表征和分析.

Abstract:Well crystallized hexagonal plate-like Mg(OH)_2 particles were successfully prepared by a simple hydrothermal process.The concentration of the NaOH and reaction temperature and time were found to play an important role in influencing the morphologies and granularities of the product.In addition,a possible growth process of the Mg(OH)_2 crystal in the NaOH hydrothermal system was also preliminarily analyzed.Techniques of TEM and SEM and XRD were used to characterized the structure,morphology of the particles.
