摘    要:以AlCl3、FeCl3、水玻璃和Na2CO3为原料,采用共聚与复合两种制备工艺,合成了具有不同碱化度(B)、不同N(Al)N(Fe)N(Si)摩尔比的硅酸铝铁共聚物(简称PAFSC),考查了产品的稳定性,然后通过E(Zeta)电位测定法分析了产品在其水解溶液中的带电情况,并通过混凝实验对共聚物的絮凝效果及机理进行了研究,通过对模拟水样的絮凝实验,并与传统的无机絮凝剂(PAC)比较可以看出在同样投加量情况下,PAFSC处理的水具有更低的剩余浊度,这将有助于研制高效、稳定、价廉的无机高分子絮凝剂.

Abstract:A series of Poly-aluminum-ferric-silicate-chloride(PAFSC)which have different basicities and Al/Fe/Si molar ratio has been prepared by AlCl 3,FeCl 3,Na 2CO 3 and water glass,respectively.The stability of the product was observed and the electrical charge on the particles of PAFSC was studied by zeta potential(ZP) measurement,then the coagulation for removal of turbidity and the function were also studied by jar test.The results show that:comparing with other inorganic polymeric flocculant,the water treated with PAFSC is characterized by having lower residual turbidity with the same dose,so the research will be useful for the development of a new,stable,and high effective inorganic polymeric flocculant.
