摘    要:虫草素和腺苷是虫草属药用真菌的主要核苷类活性成分,以往多用薄层扫描和高压液相法进行分离。本文建立了毛细管区带电泳分离测定虫草素和腺苷的分析方法,并测定了四种不同的虫草中虫草素和腺苷的含量及不同提取时间对虫草素和腺苷含量的影响。首次报道了九州虫草中虫草素的存在。采用0.025mol/L的硼砂(pH9.4)作为缓冲液,在电压为20kV和检测波长为258nm的条件下,4种虫草水提液是的虫草素和腺苷获得了基线分离,并具有良好的精密度和重现性。同时发现蒙山九州虫草中虫草素的含量甚高,具有良好的药用前景。

Determination of Two Nucleoside Active Components in Four Species of Cordyceps by Capillary Zone Electrophoresis
Abstract:Cordycepin and adenosine are the main nucleoside active components in medicinal fungus belonging to Cordyceps(Fr.)Link.In order to find an easy and low cost method to determine the contents of these two components in different species of Cordyceps,a capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE)method for separation and measurement of cordycepin and adenosine was developed.This is the first report on the presence of cordycepin in Cordyceps kyushuensis Kobayasi.Under the buffer condition of 0.025mol/L borate (pH9.4),applied voltage of 20kV and the detector wavelength of 258 nm,baseline separation of the active components in four species of Cordyceps was achieved and they were quantitatively analyzed.The linear calibration equations of the two components are Y=79.257X-0.006 for cordycepin and Y=81.623+0.004 for adenosine respectively.In addition,the effects of extracting time on the contents of cordycepin and adenosine were also investigated.
