| 摘 要： | 随着分子生物学的迅速发展,放线菌的分类鉴定亦从传统的表型分类进入到各种基因型分类水平,如G+Cmol%、DNA杂交、16SrRNA序列分析等。目前,多相分类综合了表型、基因型及系统发育的特征,使分类方法更客观合理,更能反映生物间系统进化关系,是研究各级分类单位最有效的方法。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of molecular biology, the classify and identify of Actinomycetes have come up to various genotype classification standards from the traditional phenotype classification, for example, G+Cmol%, DNA hybridization, the sequence analysis of 16S rRNA, and so on. At present, heterogeneous classification has synthesized the characteristics of phenotype,genotype and systematic growth, and it makes the classified method more objective and reasonable, representing the systematic evolution relationship between creatures. So it is the best method of studying all kinds of classified units. |
