换热站监控系统设计

摘    要:通过对换热站换热特性的分析.设计了供热系统的控制方案。采用温度-压力模糊串级控制方案控制二次网供回水平均温度.缩短调节时间;利用变频调速技术进行补水定压的控制。降低能耗。采用组态软件编写了监控画面。该系统能够帮助运行管理人员及时准确地了解现场运行工况、调整运行参数.从而能有效提高整个集中供热系统运行的安全性、稳定性和经济性。

Abstract:Based on the heating exchange character analysis of heating system, control scheme for the heating system is designed. The regulation time is decreased through adopting temperature-pressure cascade control scheme to control average temperature of supply water and backwater in secondary pipe network. The energy consumption is reduced through using frequency conversion technology to control the supplement water's pressure. The monitoring picture is compiled based on the configuration software. This system can help managers of district heating systems to monitor the local operating mode and regulate operating parameters effectively. Therefore, the safety, stability and economy of a district heating system can be improved.
