| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了中频电加热炉温控系统。由８０３１ 单片机控制晶闸管触发角。利用温敏二极管的线性负温度特性对热电偶进行冷端补偿，补偿精度优于１℃。控制算法采用模糊ＰＩ复合控制。具有成本低，对参数变化不敏感，控制效果好等特点。
