| 摘 要： | 从分析河北省耕地利用中存在的耕地锐减、人均矛盾突出、干旱缺水等问题，提出了保持耕地总量动态平衡，严格保护基本农田，大力发展节水农业，培肥地力，提高耕地质量等对策。

| Abstract: | A series of problems on cultivated land use,such as the land decrease,the population mean land and the lack of water on the land are discussed,and some strategies,such as keeping the total land on dynamic equilibrium,developing the saving water farm,breeding the soil fertility and improving the land quality are put forward. |
