| 摘 要： | 本系统是基于地理信息系统（GIS）技术、数据库技术以及网络技术．实现矿产资源信息图形数据与属性数据统一管理的矿产资源动态监督管理系统。系统依据经审查符合要求的全省持采矿许可证的开采矿山的矿产资源储量年报，根据矿产资源储量数据库建库的有关规定．依照建库工作流程，为河北省、市、县三级矿产资源储量监管机构和其他相关用户设计的一套专用软件。介绍了系统的设计思想、功能实现、系统包含的功能模块、各个模块的功能结构以及采用的技术特点。
