柿叶有效成分提取分离方法研究

摘    要:本文介绍了柿叶黄酮甙的提取分离方法。即采用70%乙醇为提取剂,以乙酸乙酯为萃取剂进行提取分离可得柿叶黄酮甙。经薄层色谱法、颜色反应法及紫外光谱扫描法进行分析鉴定可知柿叶黄酮甙主要为异槲皮甙(水解为槲皮素)和黄芪甙,并建立了柿叶黄酮甙的定量分析方法。同时还对新采柿叶及存放一段时间的柿叶黄酮含量进行比较,其结果表明柿叶黄酮含量不因存放时间延长而减少。

Abstract:An extraction and isolation method for persimmon flavone glucoside is given in this paper. 70% ethanol and ethyl acetate were used as the extraction agents. By thin layer chromatography, colorimetric reaction and U. V. spectrophotometric scanning method, it was proved that the main components of the persimmon flavone glucoside were isoquercitrin and astragalin. The comparison of flavonoid content in fresh and stored leaves were made and there is no change in storage.
