MATLAB在化工模拟控制软件开发中应用的探讨

摘    要:讨论了“反应釜温度仿真工具”软件中应用MATLAB的情况,分析了MATLAB在化工生产模拟控制软件开发中的优势。如:数据计算能力,图形处理能力,可生成各类二维、三维图形;可广泛应用于化工研究与开发、化工数学模型的参数估计和识别、化工过程优化设计、工艺控制参数的优化、化工过程控制的优化及最优调度;支持混合编程,可方便的与多数高级编程语言混合编写程序等。通过“反应釜温度仿真工具”这一应用反映了MATLAB在化工领域的应用前景十分广泛。

Abstract:Through analysis the situation of MATLAB software's application in developed "temperature reactor simulation tools", we found the MATLAB had an unparalleled advantage in development of chemical simulation control software. Such as: powerful data calculation capability, powerful graphics processing capability, forming all types of two-dimensional, three-dimensional graphics, widely use in chemical research and development, chemical mathematical model of parameter estimation and identification, optimization of chemical process design, optimization of process control parameters, optimization of chemical process control and optimal scheduling, supporting for mixed programming and a convenient high-level programming languages with the majority of mixed programming. "Reactor temperature simulation tool" is only a simple application of the MATLAB software in chemical engineering e- quipment. Through the application, it shows that the MATLAB has wide application prospects. If this powerful tool can be skillfully used by chemical technicians and researchers, our country's chemical equipment design and manufacturing technology will be greatly improved.
