白腐菌对小麦秸秆腐熟的增效作用

摘    要:采用室内堆肥试验,考察白腐菌对小麦秸秆的腐熟作用.结果表明:添加白腐菌的各处理均明显好于对照处理.与自然发酵的CK1相比,腐熟时间由30天,缩短为14天.与加了腐熟剂的CK2比较,发酵时间提前2-4天.腐熟剂处理木质素降解率为21.1%,添加白腐菌的T3处理降解率可达64.5%,较单独腐熟剂的对照处理降解率高43.5%.且综合考察秸秆腐熟效果,初步确定白腐菌添加量为10ml/750g.

Abstract:we tested the synergistic effect of pycnoporus sanguineus on wheat straw decom posed indoor. The results show that the effect of the treatments of white root fungus are bet- ter than ck. Compared with CK1 which is under natural fermentation, the decomposing time is shortened to 14 days from 30 days. Compared with CK2 which is added composting agents, the decomposing time is advanced 2--4 days. The degradation rate of Lignin is 21.1% under the treatment of composing agents. The degradation rate of lignin can be 64.5% under the treatment of composting agents, which is 43.5 % higher than CK. We summarized that when the addition of white root fungus is 10ml/750g ,the effect of decomposing of wheat straw is better.
