煤炭企业信息化水平的综合评价

为客观评价煤炭企业的信息化水平，根据评价指标体系设计原则，建立以信息化基础设施、信息化安全、信息化战略及规划、安全信息化等为主要指标的煤炭企业信息化水平评价指标体系。依据层次分析法、模糊综合评价法构建综合评价数学模型。运用该模型对济三煤矿的信息化水平进行评价。结果显示，该矿的信息化处于中等水平。该研究可以为煤炭企业制定正确的信息化发展策略提供依据。

Informatization level comprehensive evaluation of coal enterprises

The objective evaluation of the informatization level of coal enterprises calls for the use of design programme of evaluation index system for developing the informatization level evaluation index system designed for eoal enterprises, dominated by informatization infrastructure, informatization safety, informatization strategy and plan, safe informatization and other index as primary index. The comprehensive evaluation math model is based on the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The use of the system to evaluate the informatization level of Jining No. 3 colliery shows that the informatization level lies in the middle one. This study offers foundation for coal enterprises＇ making right informatization developing strategy.
