分段式液位测量仪多路数据传输方法

摘    要:针对多层液位测量仪连线复杂、信号传输不稳定等问题,根据油田实际情况,开发了分段式液位测量仪。该测量仪包括测量变送和数据传输转换两部分,采用RS-485接口芯片SN65LBC184实现了两个单片机之间的远程串口通信,选用AD421芯片设计专用的D/A转换电路,将数字信号转换为相应的4-20 mA工业电流。现场应用结果表明:该测量仪生产成本低、抗干扰能力强,可以满足油罐各类液位的测量和数据传送的要求。

Abstract:The attempt to overcome redundant connecting lines and unstable signal transmission of multilayer liquid level measurement instrument results in development of a divided-into-segment liquid level measurement device according to the real status of oil field. This device includes two parts: signal measuring and data transmission conversion. RS-485 interface chip SN65LBC184 is used for remote serial communication between two processors and special D/A conversion chip AD421 is used for changing digital signal into 4 - 20 mA current. Application results show that the device with a lower cost, higher anti-interference capacity is up to the requirements of almost all kinds of liquid level measurement in oil tank and data transfer.
