| 摘 要： | 通过对鸡西市居住区现状的调查研究，指出了鸡西市居住区存在的住区选址不当、建筑闲置、小区模式的简单套用和住区不公平等问题，并在此基础上提出了通过加强环境意识、合理配置居住区公建、关注贫困阶层及规划多元化等方法，可以改善鸡西市居住区的不合理现状。指出积极探索适合于鸡西市的居住区规划模式和规划理念，是促进科学、合理的鸡西市居住区规划的现实选择。

| Abstract: | The present condition of residential district in Jixi urban is investigated. It is pointed out that the unsuitable residential district location laid idle building, simple used model of residential district and unfair quality of residential district etc. On the base of this, as the author put forward, the planer may improve the unreasonable present condition of residential district in Jixi urban by means of strengthening environment conscience and reasona- ble allocating public constructs and paying attention to poor levels and all kinds of plan. It is highlighted that the suitable plan mode and theorist consciousness of residential district of being researching in Jixi urban are actual choice to promoting scientifical and reasonable residential district in Jixi urban. |
