| Abstract: | For special circumstances of Dayan mine area power network, this paper suggests a plan to realize measureing and controling power network state with STD industrial control-computer. It gives system structure and main technical index. It ofers factors that must be considered when designing a remote measureing and controlling system in adverse circumstances. |
