熔丝沉积快速成形制件的表面质量

摘    要:针对熔丝沉积快速成形制件中存在的表面质量问题,采用三因素三水平正交实验法,调节快速成形工艺中的分层厚度、制件摆放角度和线宽三个主要工艺参数,观察制件的表面质量.经方差分析可知,FDM分层厚、制件摆放角度、线宽分别以因素A1、B1、C2为最佳,各因素对表面质量由主至次的影响为A、C、B.该研究有利于优化工艺参数,提高FDM制件的表面质量.
