| 摘 要： | 跨国并购对东道国技术的影响效果，与参与并购双方的技术差距成正比，与东道国的开放程度成正比，与东道国的技术基础也成正比。我国“以市场换技术”战略的实施效果并不理想，放宽对跨国公司在华并购的限制可能会大幅度提升我国企业的技术水平。
