镀铜膨胀石墨的制备

摘    要:为改善铜与石墨的表面性能,采用化学镀铜工艺对膨胀石墨粉体进行表面镀覆,制备镀铜膨胀石墨,并利用TG-DTA、XRD、SEM分析方法对其进行表征.结果表明:在400~600 ℃范围内,镀铜膨胀石墨因膨胀石墨及镀铜层的氧化而增重,600 ℃后膨胀石墨烧蚀严重;镀铜膨胀石墨有明显的Cu衍射峰;铜颗粒均匀镀覆在膨胀石墨表面.该研究为膨胀石墨改性提供了借鉴.

Abstract:This paper is devoted to improving surface technical property of copper and graphite. The improvement involves treating expanded powder graphite with surface coating using electroless copper plating process, preparing the copper coated expanded graphites and characterizing them by TG-DTA, XRD, SEM method. The results show that in the temperature range of 400 ~ 600, copper coated expand- ed graphite tends to gain weight due to the oxidation of expanded graphite and copper plating layer; the temperature higher than 600 gives expanded graphite a serious ablation; copper coated expanded graphite copper exhibits a prominent XRD peak; expanded graphite is covered uniformly with copper particles.This research provides a reference for investigation of expanded graphite.
