| 摘 要： | 针对带式输送机跑偏问题,根据TRIZ理论对跑偏问题进行技术抽象,从时间轴和因果轴进行了分析.调偏装置适应性与子系统数目、调偏速度与调偏力是带式输送跑偏的技术矛盾.应用PRO/Innovator平台建立带式输送机跑偏模型,得到带式输送机调偏装置的设计方案,利用专家评价模型对方案进行评价,同时设计了带式输送机调偏装置结构.
