机械合金化改善反应合成Ti3SiC2的条件

摘    要:为改善Ti3SiC2的合成条件,利用机械合金化的方法处理原料粉末,并与通常采用的原始粉末直接混合粉末进行比较分析。结果表明,机械合金化有助于合成Ti3SiC2。根据DTA曲线确定合理的烧结工艺,对合成产物进行的XRD、断口的SEM以及EDAX分析,进一步证实了机械合金化粉末可以在较低的温度下(温度降低25℃)、较短的时间(时间缩短20%)内通过反应合成得到Ti3SiC2。

Abstract:In order to improve the condition of synthesizing Ti3SiC2(reducing the sintering centigrade and time, and obtaining Ti3SiC2 of higher purity), a method of mechanical alloying(MA) is adopted to treat the original powder and contrast with element powders (directly mixed DM). XRD, TEM and DTA analysis of these two kinds of mixed powders show that MA can help to synthesize Ti3SiC2 . The reasonable technique on which reaction synthesis of Ti3SiC2 proceeds is confirmed by the DTA graph. XRD, SEM and EDAX analysis of the sintering products leads to the conclusion that MA can help to synthesize Ti3SiC2 under lower temperature and in shorter time.
