船用起重机吊臂的有限元分析

摘    要:为准确计算船用起重机吊臂的刚度和强度,在分析其结构原理与典型工况的基础上,采用ANSYS软件在典型工况下对较危险的二节臂进行应力与应变分析。仿真表明:危险截面发生在基本臂与二节臂的连接处,在工况一下的应力、应变最大,最大应力小于材料的许用应力,最大应变也在许可范围内。该方法验证了设计的可行性,为优化吊臂结构提供参考依据。

Abstract:Aimed at accurately calculating the stiffness and strength of marine crane jib, this paper discusses the stress and strain analysis of the more dangerous two-section arm in typical working conditions using software ANSYS, based on the analysis of its structure principle and typical working conditions. The simulation verifies that, in the case of the condition one, the dangerous section occurring on the junction of the basic arm and the two-section arm shows the maximum stress, less than the allowable stress, and the maximum strain, within the permissible range. The method verifies the feasibility of the design and provides some reference for optimizing the suspension arm structure.
