煤矿主通风机故障诊断的小波包方法

摘    要:针对传统的时域和频域分析存在难以同时诊断故障时间和具体类型的瓶颈问题,提出一种基于小波包分解的煤矿主通风机故障诊断方法.在深入分析煤矿主通风机故障机理的基础上,采集对故障敏感的振动信号,并用具有时频局部化特性的小波对其进行三层小波包分解,通过提取各个频段信号的能量特征值,诊断故障.经实例验证,该方法能有效的诊断出故障时间和类型,为煤矿主通风机故障诊断的研究作了新的探索.

Abstract:Directed at the bottleneck to diagnose the fault time and type at the same time existing in traditional time domain and frequency domain, a kind of method of the fault diagnosis of coal mine main ventilator based on wavelet packet decompositon is proposed in this paper. On basis of analyzing the ventilator fault characters, the vibration signal which is one of the most sensitive signal is decomposed by three layer wavelet packet, and energy eigenvalue in each frequency branch is distilled to diagnose the fault. As proved by example, this way can effectively diagnose the time and type and make possible a new exploration for research about environment detection.
