液压传动系统的回油背压特性

摘    要:针对液压传动系统的回油背压特征,应用数理建模等效和线性化的方法,导出了压力与流量和温度等参数的数学模型。实例表明,其特性曲线中,可得到与各相关参量的内在关系,诸如工作温度的不同对压力波动梯度的影响,溢流阀压力调节出现饱和的条件等,以此可用来对液压系统和结构设计的合理性和有效性进行验证。

Abstract:In view of the character of the return oil pressure in hydraulic system, this paper introduces the mathematical model of the pressure-flow and temperature derived from equivalence and linearization methods. The examples indicate that the character curve can present the interrelations of correlative parameters, such as the effect of different working temperature on pressure fluctuation gradient, and the saturation conditions of overflow valve pressure adjustment. The results justify the rationality and validity of the hydraulic system and structural design.
