摘    要:在工作载荷和地磁场的作用下,针对铁磁性构件存在残余磁感应和自磁化增长的现象.进行了引起磁记忆特性及其与检测时间关系的研究.通过对45#钢在单轴拉伸过程中残余磁感应强度的检测与分析,得出了拉应力引起的残余磁感应强度的变化规律;在塑性阶段,将不同时间段内测得的残余磁感应强度数值进行比较,分析了塑性变形试样放置时间长短对磁记忆现象产生的影响.分析表明:受力构件能够记忆前段承受最大载荷时的磁信号,且检测时间的不同不影响检测结果.

Abstract:Residual magnetic induction and the increase of self-magnetization occur in ferromagnetism structures due to the influence of working load and geomagnetic field. This is called metal magnetic memory phenomenon. The change law of the residual magnetic intensities by tensile stress is obtained through testing the residual magnetic intensities in the odd-axis tensile test of 45# carbon steel and analyzing the results. In plastic phase, the effect of the test interval of plastic distortion sample to the magnetic memory characteristics is analyzed by comparing the residual magnetic intensities tested at different time.
