| Abstract: | In the light of the abuse of traditional plan work-out way, which steps are divorced from implementation, and by means of the application of the new theory of controlling detailed plan in Mishan urban districts, prove that it is the essential middle link to join overall plan and building detailed plan. With the steps carried out,city planning design and management are strengthened. |
